Your own lens

If your business or movement is to be successful you must convince other people about something. Which requires having a point of view, a thesis, a way of understanding and solving a problem.

Ultimately it requires GETTING other people, which is to say developing and nurturing empathy.

And who better to start this with this yourself.

But to have a point of view you can share and with which to change other people’s behavior, you need a standpoint from which to look at things. A lens. Your own way of looking at the world.

With regards to the problem your company is trying to solve, what is your standpoint? Are you working hard to nurture it?
