3 infalible ways to self-sabotage

1. When we’re doing something

” you’re not good enough / you’ll never figure this out / you should have studied more in college / this is not as good as it seemed in your head 3 days ago / etc” 

2. When we’re not doing something, when we’re idle.

” I told you you’d never do it / you suck, you’ve bee trying to do this for so long and look: nothing! / better find something else to do / etc” 

3. Thinking you’re the only one who does this.

” Look at them. They do it so flawlessly, they seem so sure of themselves. If only I could be like them. / etc”
